We read The Cat in the Hat! We dressed in red and white and wore hats to celebrate the famous cat! In the book the cat in the hat does some balancing, we tested our balancing skills, too! We also thought the cat might enjoy a hat makeover... so we designed some new ones! Our class was small today, we are hoping all of our friends are feeling better soon!

We read The Foot Book. We tried to write with our feet and had so much fun painting with our feet! Silly Sock Day was so much fun! Our VIP shared his poster and some of his favorite things!

Friday we explored extreme weather. We talked about tornados, hurricanes, floods, and blizzards. We read Otis and the Tornado. We had a tornado drill, drew a picture ( some drew an extreme weather picture ), and made a flood in a sensory bin. Our VIP had some special visitors for lunch. Thank you for spending some time with us!
