For the rest of the week we will be learning about Chinese New Year. Today we looked China up on our globe, and learned that it is the year of the dog. We learned that the Chinese zodiac uses 12 animals. We used pictures of the 12 animals to play a game. The kiddos picked an animal, then tried to act like the animal, and see if their friends could guess which animal they were. For table time we painted dragons. We also learned a song called Gung Hay Fat Choy. We shared our VIP's poster and her mommy joined us for breakfast! Thank you for coming!
