Our books this week were Why Should I Listen? Why Should I Help? And Why Should I Share? We talked about our classroom rules and why we have rules. (To keep us safe) We also were reminded that we shouldn't tattle just to get friends in trouble, but it is important to report if someone is going to get hurt or is going to hurt a friend. This was a week of review.
I guess it has been hard for me to get back into the swing of things this week! I only posted 1 daily update! We have been having a great week! I feel like all of them have grown up so much over the Holiday break! This week has been a review week we have been doing some of their favorite table activities... play dough, painting, scissors and glue. We also welcomed a new friend, we are so happy to have you join our PLA Family!
We had a small class for our first day back! Everyone was happy to see each other and had many stories to share! We had a getting back in routine day. We played play dough, made some art with our hole punches, scissors and glue, and had fun with the puppet theater.
