Friday was I Am Not Getting Up Today Day! We love pajama days!! We had fun with blankets! We made a blanket fort and played a game "who's missing?" All the kiddos would hide their eyes, we would tap one on the shoulder, that child would hide under the blanket and the other kiddos would look around trying to figure out who was missing.
Thank you for helping your child dress for the day this week and celebrate my favorite author :)
Today we dressed in green for Green Eggs and Ham Day. We listened to the book on youtube, and ate green eggs for breakfast. We made green egg inspired art, and did finger paint color mixing... blue and yellow make green! We also made playdough Birthday cakes to celebrate Dr. Seuss' Birthday.
REMINDER - Tomorrow is I Don't Want to get out of Bed Day. Wear your pajamas and bring in your favorite blanket and/or stuffed friend.
We saw some wacky and fun hairstyles today!! We read Wacky Wednesday, and found all the wacky stuff happening in the book. For our Wacky table time we wrote on the wall (on paper) and played in shaving cream!
