What a big day we had today!! Our VIP'S mommy and daddy joined us for breakfast and then talked to us about their jobs... a nurse on a helicopter and an EMT!! Thank you so much for coming in!! We shared our VIP'S poster, and letter from mommy. We read a book brought in by one of our kiddos called How Big Could Your Pumpkin Grow? We made puffy paint pumpkins and helped clean out a giant pumpkin for our Jack-o-lantern. We also hammered some screws into a pumpkin... yes I said hammered screws! We usually use golf tees, but I couldn't find ours. And those are real hammers, child size, but real. Used under close supervision, of course!
