We started our morning by watching a video of Punxsutawney Phil. The children were very excited that he did not see his shadow and we will hopefully have an early Spring. It was time to practice a tornado drill we practiced at Circle Time before we headed to the bathrooms. We learned a new song for Chinese New Year called Gung Hay Fat Choy here is the link http://www.nancymusic.com/Gunghayplay.htm We read My First Chinese New Year. We looked at the flag from China and created artwork inspired by their flag. Our VIP shared her poster with us.
