We reviewed ways we can reduce, reuse, and recycle in the classroom and at home. Has your child been turning off lights and tvs when not in use? Saving water while brushing their teeth? Have they talked to you about recycling, picking up litter, feeding the birds, planting trees, or planting a garden? They have learned a lot this week about making our planet a better place! Today, we sorted recyclables again, because they loved this activity. We made construction paper trees and took advantage of the beautiful weather by playing on the playground most of the afternoon! If you haven't already done so, please return the Summer/Fall sheet so I can figure staff for Summer and how many spots we have available for Fall. Thank you and have a wonderful weekend!
