We shared our VIP'S poster and some of her items she brought to share with her friends. We read The Little Engine That Could. The children loved this book and really "got it" They know at PLA we don't say "I can't" we say "I will try". This book was great at showing them no matter how little they are they are very capable! For our art activities we used sponges and blocks to paint and make a picture. We also painted with trains!
Yesterday afternoon we had a rough time at PLA. We had trouble using nice hands and feet and forgot how to use our words when we have a problem with our friends. Spidey wasn't at school today, and we had a letter from Santa reminding us to be kind and use our words instead of our hands or feet. Hopefully Spidey will return to school tomorrow!
