This week we are talking about being thankful and learning about what being a Veteran means and why we should be thankful for them. We had so much to share at Circle Time that we ran out of time to read a book, but that's fine with me. I love talking to these kiddos!! We started off talking about Veterans, our flag, active duty military, and somehow we ended up talking about hibernation, migration, nocturnal, and why are all the bats getting sick at Ozark Caverns! We worked on thank you cards that we will be mailing to a few special Veterans that we know.
REMINDER - Book orders are due on Thursday and if you have a Veteran's address please get it to me by Friday.
