Gingerbread and Trains

This week we are talking about Gingerbread and Trains!  Our letter of the week is U.  We learned our letter in sign language and did our ABC song.  One of our families celebrated St. Nicholas Day, a Hungarian tradition, over the weekend.  They explained to the kiddos what it was and we looked up Hungary on our globe.  We made gingerbread play dough and decorated gingerbread foam shapes.
