We read The Gingerbread Man. Our VIP shared some of her favorite things. During table time we made cinnamon applesauce ornaments, equal amounts of cinnamon and applesauce, and we add flour to roll it out with. Our classroom smells delicious right now!! We also played with our gingerbread play dough and made art with our scrap box and hole punches.
