A must read for the beginning of the school year is The Kissing Hand! It is a sweet story about going to school and still feeling mom's love through a kiss placed in the palm of Chester Raccoon's hand. We used our hands for our table activity by exploring finger paint! We used the primary colors red, yellow, and blue and did a little color mixing.
